Here are three simple things you can incorporate into your routine to keep your feet healthy.
1. Moisturise
Use a good foot cream regularly (daily if you can!) to maintain the moisture in your feet. This will help with dry skin, hard skin, and the massaging will also help with circulation. If you are unsure of where to start with foot cream, check out our blog post Which Foot Cream Should I Use?
2. Wash and DRY your feet
After you have washed your feet or showered or taken a bath, make sure that your feet are dry before putting them in socks or shoes. This helps to avoid issues such as fungal nails or athlete's foot.
3. Use natural fibres
When choosing socks, always choose natural fibres. This will help reduce your risk of fungal infections and lower the chances of rashes and irritation. We love the bamboo socks from Sock Shop.
Incorporating these tips into your daily routine can make a big difference in maintaining healthy feet!
